Online Therapy & Counseling Across New Mexico

The Mental Health Stop provides trauma-informed online therapy and counseling to clients across New Mexico, including Roswell, Clovis, Portales, and surrounding rural communities. We specialize in EMDR therapy, dissociation-informed treatment, complex trauma, and depth-oriented work for youth (8+), teens, and adults. Our HIPAA-secure teletherapy services allow individuals to access specialized trauma care even when local providers are limited.

For all clients, we require a 15 minute consultation with your potential therapist prior to determining if we are an exceptional fit. Consultations occur after initial client information is reviewed by us.
